Determiner Adam Cohen
Determination Date Jan. 25, 2011
Determination Type specimen examination
Identification Comments ID complete | 3 chambered air bladder; 12 dorsal rays; 47? lat sc (both specimens); 36 sc around bdy (both specimens); note in jar states that this has been on loan to Robert Jenkins in 1981 and I presume the ID of M. congestum was verified by him then. He has no record of ever looking at this specimen. Based on meristics above and the fact that this looks to have been ID'ed previously by Jenkins I maintain the M. congestum ID.
Identification Confidence High
