Can find no reference to a Rio Tigre in or around either county; the provided coordinates point to a branch of Rio Corona, and is referred to that as such on every map I can find; Rio Tigre may be a local name, or may refer to a smaller nearby creek that is too small to show up on maps and satellite images. The nearest Rio Tigre I can find referenced in Tamaulipas is far to the SE, near the coast.
