Occurrence RemarksThis was entered most likely from the ledger. It was not entered using the data in the jar or that which was still attached to the specimens, thus there was incorrect data which has now been corrected. Specimen jar was found without a label even though it had been entered and the jar also still had an old gasket in place this is how it was established that the lot was not entered using the jar data.
